Please always be alert and notify both motorcycle, tricycle, truck and car driver on the fake fuel attendants. These are the six way they can fake you:

1. Hanging of Nozzle: Fuel attendants took hanging of Nozzle as their way to generate money to their pocket, they Normally used to hang the nozzle while the dispenser is still going in such that if a new fuel buyer come they will continue from the previous buyers. Assuming the previous buyer bought a fuel of #2000, and you new buyer want to buy fuel of #4000 they can easily press continuation of #2000 and it will just display #4000 as the fuel you buy but is fake. You can easily avoid this by not be in hasten while buying fuel and always check the meters.

2. Unnecessary Longer Dispenser Pipe: This trick is used by some filling stations, pump save alot of fuels when using long dispenser pipe, although the meter will indicate that the certain amount of petrol has been pumped out and that particular amount of not reach your own car fuel tank. While the residue fuel will go back into the pump in some day. You can easily be fake from this but always be vigilant.

3. TIGHTENING OF FINGERS ON THE NOZZLE: Fuel attendants tight their fingers hardly on the nozzle which slightly affect the flow of fuels to your tank, this also reduce fuel that you decide to buy, this will also serve as surplus gain for fuel staffs because they probably save a litre of fuel in a day.

4. DISTRACTION: As we all know some fuel attendants get distract their customers via talking hilariously, discussing on unnecessary issues in such that customers will lack of concentration in viewing the meter. So always be careful, if you’re making dialect with them that doesn’t mean you should not focus on what you’re buying.
